I will be using this journal as my online Food Diary and also my weight loss blog. I will be posting my food logs, my activity logs and anything else that may help others on their road to losing weight. It is a long process, but one that I hope will bring me to a healthier, thinner me.
I will post my backlog of food diary info, and then catch up with the current posts. I also have an online dieting journal at Calorie Count, which you are more than welcome to read.
